Queen of Hearts

The Queen of Hearts is a mixed media art piece based on Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. Created from paper roses made from beautiful illustrations from a damaged copy of the book; playing cards and faux flowers; paint drips made of red wax and acrylic paint; framed with an upcycled black ornate frame and on black wooden background.
